Developing a sustainable, and replicable incubation programme for Future Founders

Challenge

Certain regions and companies struggle due to the dearth of resources, initiatives, and experience that could foster innovation and support the development of scalable startups. They fall short in creating an effective model; this also holds true for certain firms that have no prior expertise in the industry, when building startups in developing countries, with very limited funding. Future Founders is a Hungarian organization aimed at supporting students to become successful founders.

Objective

Boosterlab worked with Future Founders to create the first incubation programme that is both scalable and replicable. This was done with the intention of developing a sustainable model that would support the development and expansion of startups, in addition to creating a special programme that made use of top-notch knowledge and expertise.

Solution

The team have created a list of requirements based on our in-depth understanding of the market and financial requirements in order to produce something viable with very little financing. We have begun drafting the precise timetable, finance, and cooperation opportunities after establishing a timeframe and a date for the initial batch.

Using these strategies, we established funds and relationships at the local, national, and international levels to enable the program's launch and growth into a local superhero. We launched the first batch after three months of planning and execution, and the launch was an enormous success, we have surpassed all of the predetermined targets and KPIs.
